The CBSE Class 10 main results were declared on April 15, 2026, with an overall pass percentage of 93.70%. Starting this year, the CBSE has implemented a two-examination system for Class 10; students who score low marks in the main examination are allowed to improve their scores through a subsequent second examination. While the CBSE has not yet announced an official date for the 2026 second board results, various media reports suggest they are likely to be declared by the end of June 2026.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducted the Class 10 board examination between May 15 and May 21, 2026, with the aim of providing opportunities for mark improvement and additional attempts. Approximately 6 to 7 lakh students from across the country participated in this exam.
